Margaret Bruder is Nationally Certified and has been practicing massage therapy in the Kalamazoo area since 1986. She offers Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, clinical massage, and aromatherapy. She has helped her clients find relief from back and neck pain, migraines, vertigo, TMJ, head and shoulder injuries, headaches, whiplash, plantar fasciitis, etc. She also provides a deeply relaxing massage to help release accumulated stress and promote a sense of well being. Margaret has trained with the Upledger Institute in Craniosacral Therapy and with the Timberlake Clinical Massage Program which uses Myofascial Release, positional release, and post isometric release techniques. She has also taken course work with the John Barns Myofascial Release Therapy and Tom Myers Anatomy Trains Program which focuses on improving the function of the myofasciae (muscle connective tissue). She studied the therapeutic application of essential oils from the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education (CARE). Both Craniosacral Therapy and Aromatherapy have been used to support those who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, and mental illness as well as relieving pain and improving emotional health. Margaret completed certification in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy January 2017.
